A unique thought with social concern in the mind of successful director Shashank that will be revealed in the climax of ‘Jarasandha’ is now briskly shooting in and around Chalakudy. More than 50 stuntmen took part in an action extravaganza handed by Ravi Verma. Action hero Vijay, Rangayana Raghu, JK, Swayamvara Chandru, Chetan took part in the action portion.

It was shot in seven days time and now ‘Jarasandha’ has moved to Mangalore. Shashank has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues and directing this film for Sri Mantralaya Combines. Basavaraju and Gangadhar are the producers.

‘Jarasandha’ is the second film for Pranitha. Her debut was in Kannada opposite Darshan in ‘Porkhi’. Devaraj, Roopa Devi are also in the cast.
